The themes and templates available on this website maybe used by the customer on unlimited number of websites. However, the copyright of these templates belong to Movie Site Press and unlawful distribution or reselling of these files is ILLEGAL.

2. Photoshop Files Licensing

The photoshop design files for our themes come packaged seperately and are not GPL licensed. They are licensed and copyrighted under Movie Site Press.

3. Delivery

After we have succesfully received your payment, your templates will be available for download.

4. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of MovieSitePress.com. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

5. Refund Policy

You may request for a refund within 30 days of payment. Just submit a ticket on Clickbank with your order id. Or send us an email at movie.clickbank@gmail.com together with your Clickbank order #.

6. Support

Movie Site Press offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Support is available for customers by emailing us at movie.clickbank@gmail.com.

7. Price Changes

Movie Site Press reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a price (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

8. Rights

You may use the theme for personal use only.
You may NOT RESELL the templates.
You may use the templates for design services.
You MAY NOT use the templates as part of web hosting service.
You MAY NOT distribute templates on any other membership site.
You may customize the template as you please as long as its for personal use.
You MAY NOT sell the templates after customizing it.
